How to Choose the Right Ashley Furniture for Your Home
Start by measuring your space. For a living room, note the dimensions of the room and doorways to ensure the sofa or sectional fits. Ashley Furniture offers various sizes, from compact loveseats to large sectionals. Next, consider the material: leather is durable but more expensive, while fabric options like microfiber are budget-friendly and easy to clean. For dining sets, think about the number of people you usually host. Ashley’s sets often include a table and 4-6 chairs. Don't forget to check the assembly requirements—some pieces require simple assembly, while others come fully assembled.
Tips for Getting the Best Deals on Ashley Furniture in Nashville
Ashley Furniture frequently runs sales, especially during holiday weekends like Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Black Friday. Sign up for their email newsletter to get notified about promotions. Also, consider visiting the outlet store in Madison for discounts on floor models or slightly damaged items. You can also negotiate on delivery fees or ask about price matching if you find a lower price elsewhere. Another tip: buy floor models if you're okay with minor wear—they can be up to 40% off.
Common Mistakes to Avoid When Buying Ashley Furniture
One common mistake is not checking the return policy. Ashley Furniture typically allows returns within 30 days, but items must be in original condition and packaging. Some clearance items are final sale. Another mistake is ignoring the warranty. Ashley offers a limited warranty on frames and mechanisms, but it doesn't cover fabric stains or normal wear. Also, avoid buying without seeing the color in person—online photos can be misleading. Always visit the store or request a fabric swatch. Finally, don't forget to measure your doorways and hallways to ensure the furniture can be delivered without issues.
