How to Choose the Right Furniture at Ashley HomeStore
Before heading to the store, measure your space. Bring a tape measure and note doorways, hallways, and room dimensions to ensure your new furniture fits. When selecting sofas, consider the frame construction: kiln-dried hardwood frames are more durable. For mattresses, test different firmness levels (soft, medium, firm) lying down for at least 10 minutes. For dining sets, check the table's height and chair comfort. Ashley's sales associates can help, but always verify the return policy and warranty details. Ask about fabric protection plans if you have kids or pets.
Common Mistakes to Avoid When Shopping at Ashley HomeStore
One mistake is not checking the delivery timeline. Some items may be out of stock or require weeks for delivery. Always confirm estimated delivery dates before purchasing. Another error is ignoring the material quality. For example, bonded leather may peel over time; opt for top-grain leather or high-performance fabric. Also, avoid buying too many pieces at once without a cohesive plan. It's better to start with essential items and add accessories later. Lastly, don't skip reading reviews online for specific products, as store displays may not show wear and tear.
Tips for Getting the Best Deals at Ashley HomeStore Wichita Falls
Sign up for the Ashley HomeStore email list to receive exclusive coupons and sale alerts. Major holidays like Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Black Friday often have significant discounts. Also, consider financing options if needed, but read the terms carefully to avoid high interest. Buying floor models can save you up to 30%, but inspect them for damage. If you're flexible with colors, ask about discontinued lines. Finally, don't hesitate to negotiate – some stores may offer a small discount if you ask politely, especially for large orders.
